On Sunday, November 15th, we interviewed Susan
Scanland MSN, CRNP.
Susan Scanland has practiced as a board-certified gerontological nurse
practitioner for nearly 25 years in long-term care, home care and
outpatient clinics. She currently maintains a geropsychiatric consulting
practice at a Scranton, PA long-term care facility.
In 1999, Susan founded GeriScan Geriatric Consulting, a national
geriatric consulting firm which focuses on geriatric education and
advising. She has served as a consultant for numerous pharmaceutical
corporations on long-term care projects, geriatric advisory boards,
monographs, videos, lectures, and speakers' bureaus.
