Try AWeber Email Marketing Risk-Free	I've been using AWeber for years to manage my email newsletter signups and list. They not only protect me, but they protect you, the readers by requiring a double opt-in. This means you are only going to be mail from me if your really want it. And people can unsubsribe easily and without hassel.
	I use XSitePro for many of my websites, including my practice website. It's easy to use and has lots of tutorials. I've uploaded a PDF that the company puts out that will give you further information. You can find here here: XSitePro.
	I have used Hostgator for years. When I've needed support (like when mess up a wordpress blog) they are great to work with. They have that one-click wordpress install...also a great way to your your business website.
