Nurse Practitioner Business Owner offers many tools and resources for NPs starting and growing a business. However, there may be times when private one-on-one support is just what you need.

Barbara C Phillips has limited availability each month for one-on-one consulting and coaching for any Nurse or Nurse Practitioners who may be:

• Contemplating starting his or her own business.
• In the process of business start-up.
• Entrepreneurs who are operating their business and want to take it to the next level of growth.

• Review your business ideas
• Review your business plan
• Discuss individual marketing strategies
• Make recommendations for additional revenue streams
• Assist you in getting out of overwhelm
• Examine your current business model and recommend strategies for growth and expansion
• Whatever your priorities are for the call.

Our sessions are generally in one hour increments and can be broken into two 30 minute sessions.

Prior to the consultation and coaching, you should email the topics that you wish to cover. That way they can be reviewed to ensure that you receive maximum benefit from the consultation. The more organized and focused you are ahead of time, the more you will benefit.

After purchasing your consultation, we will schedule a time that is mutually agreeable. Sessions can take place over the phone or via Skype.
